Big Bite Cookie Co. ships freshly baked cookies nationwide in accordance with Texas Cottage Food Law.

Processing Time

Orders are baked fresh and typically ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is accepted by the carrier:

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Responsibility transfers to the customer

• We are not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or logistical issues

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Returned or undeliverable packages

• Additional shipping costs due to address errors

Perishable Product Disclaimer

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

• Orders cannot be rerouted, intercepted, or recalled

• Packages left unattended after delivery are the customer’s responsibility

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. Big Bite Cookie Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
