Refund Policy
All Big Bite Cookie Co. products are freshly baked and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and in compliance with Texas Cottage Food Law and Texas food safety regulations, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any food items once an order has been shipped or delivered. Texas health regulations prohibit the return or resale of perishable food items after distribution.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To be considered for review:

Clear photo evidence of the shipping box, internal packaging, and items received is required

Claims submitted after 24 hours will be denied

Approved resolutions may include a replacement at our sole discretion
Refunds are not issued for shipping-related issues once an order is in transit.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Theft, unattended delivery, or recipient unavailability

Taste, texture, appearance, or personal preference
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for non-refundable food items. We reserve the right to submit order confirmation, delivery confirmation, photographic evidence, and this policy to dispute chargebacks. Abuse of chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
